Tahukah anda bahawa minuman dari teh herba adalah bersifat alkali dan sangat baik untuk badan. Teh herba boleh diperolehi dari daun pegaga, daun misai kucing, daun mas cotek, daun selom, daun pecah beling dan banyak lagi. Daun-daun herba ini dikeringkan, dikisar dan dimasukkan ke dalam uncang.
